Right now, we're assisting one of our clients in the financial services industry to find a Fullstack Digital Marketing Manager. In this role, you'll lead a Growth Marketing team across Performance Ads, CRM, and SEO, driving measurable results and ensuring strategies make maximum impact. Responsibilities <ul><li>Lead, mentor, and manage a team of specialists in Performance Ads, CRM, and SEO, fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment.</li><li>Provide strategic direction, guidance, and constructive feedback to help the team achieve individual and collective goals.</li><li>Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies across Meta, Google Ads, email marketing, and SEO in alignment with business objectives.</li><li>Oversee media planning, CRM journeys, and SEO content strategy, ensuring strategic integration across channels.</li><li>Direct the Performance Ads team in campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking, with a focus on ROI, conversions, and CAC.</li><li>Guide the CRM specialist in crafting and optimizing customer journeys, automations, and campaign performance.</li><li>Ensure effective budget management and maximize paid media performance across all platforms.</li><li>Own the digital marketing reporting process, ensuring timely delivery of actionable insights and performance updates.</li><li>Analyze campaign and market data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.</li><li>Lead the development of creative briefs and collaborate with design and video teams to ensure impactful, on-brand campaign assets.</li><li>Manage project timelines, workflows, and output quality for all digital campaigns.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Web Development, Sales, Media, and PR teams to ensure integrated, cross-functional marketing efforts.</li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.</li><li>Proven track record in Performance Advertising (Meta, Google Ads), CRM/Email Marketing, and SEO, with hands-on campaign execution and team management.</li><li>Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure agency environment, ideally with exposure to clients in financial services, proprietary trading, hedge funds, or fintech.</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.</li><li>Solid understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and performance-driven growth strategies.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and manage complex, multi-channel digital campaigns under tight deadlines.</li><li>Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, able to align with design, development, sales, and media teams.</li><li>Comfortable managing digital marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.</li><li>Creative eye and experience working with designers and videographers to deliver compelling digital assets.</li><li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken.</li><li>Willing to work Hybrid in Jakarta / Bali</li></ul> Benefits <ul><li>A competitive salary and benefits package.</li><li>A pivotal role in the growth and success of a dynamic agency.</li><li>A collaborative and supportive work environment where your ideas are valued.</li><li>The chance to work with a diverse range of exciting clients in the financial services industry.</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.</li><li>Business travel and opportunity to connect with international market.</li></ul>
