The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with potential clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Along with telesales, she will also support the team in administrative and office management tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls and follow up with potential and existing clients.Generate leads, achieve sales targets, and maintain positive client relationships.Attend company events when required to support sales and customer engagement.Handle administrative duties including:Organizing files and maintaining records.Managing sales invoices and office expenses.Assisting with day-to-day office operations.Provide timely reporting to management regarding sales activities and office tasks.RequirementsFemale candidate with strong communication and interpersonal skills.Prior telesales or customer service experience will be an advantage.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) preferred.Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.Flexible to attend events outside the office when required.What We OfferCompetitive salary package (Rs. 40,000 &ndash; 50,000) plus commission-based incentives.Professional growth opportunities in a dynamic working environment.Exposure to both sales and administrative management experience.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
