Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Female Umrah Customer Relations Executive to join our growing travel agency in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have experience dealing with Umrah customers, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide clients through the complete Umrah booking process with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding Umrah packages via phone, WhatsApp, and in person.
• Guide customers through the Umrah booking and documentation process.
• Provide accurate information about packages, visas, flights, hotels, and travel requirements.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after the customer's journey.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Umrah or travel agency customer dealing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of Umrah packages and visa procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and WhatsApp Business.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer inquiries.
• Fluent in Urdu; English communication skills will be an advantage.
