Creative Research &amp; Trend Analysis<ul><li>Conduct daily research on skincare, beauty, and wellness design trends across Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and competitor brands.</li><li>Study industry-relevant visual styles, color palettes, typography, and communication patterns that resonate in the organic skincare niche.</li><li>Track emerging market trends &mdash; ingredient spotlights, seasonal needs, consumer concerns, and viral visual formats.</li></ul>2. Content Planning &amp; Ideation<ul><li>Conceptualize creative ideas for social media posts, reels, stories, website banners, packaging, and marketing campaigns.</li><li>Identify high-performing content types (educational, ingredient-led, problem&ndash;solution, testimonials, lifestyle, before-after) and propose ideas accordingly.</li><li>Build mood boards, style references, and visual direction for upcoming campaigns.</li></ul>3. Design Creation<ul><li>Create daily/weekly social media creatives aligned with ICAWNIC&rsquo;s brand guidelines and 100% plant-based skincare positioning.</li><li>Develop product-focused designs such as ingredient breakdowns, benefit highlights, and usage instructions.</li><li>Produce static creatives, carousels, GIFs, short-form video graphics, and paid ad assets.</li><li>Design packaging, brochures, posters, and other print-ready marketing materials.</li></ul>4. Brand Consistency &amp; Visual Standards<ul><li>Maintain visual consistency across all digital and print creatives.</li><li>Ensure every design reflects the brand&rsquo;s core values &mdash; clean, safe, organic, and plant-based skincare.</li><li>Continuously evolve the brand&rsquo;s visual identity to stay modern, premium, and relevant.</li></ul>5. Content Optimization<ul><li>Analyze performance of past creatives and recommend improvements to increase engagement and conversions.</li><li>Adapt and optimize creatives for multiple platforms &mdash; Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, the Website, and marketplace listings.</li></ul>6. Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and product priorities.</li><li>Coordinate with the social media manager for timely creative executions.</li><li>Collaborate with product and operations teams to accurately represent ingredients, formulations, and USPs.</li></ul>7. Execution &amp; Delivery<ul><li>Deliver all creative assets on schedule as per the content calendar.</li><li>Maintain an organized repository of design files, raw assets, and editable working files for team access and future use.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In person
