This is a foundational support role where your attention to detail and organizational skills will directly contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of all our marketing efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be the backbone of our team's workflow, focusing on tracking, data integrity, and cross-functional support. Your daily tasks will include:<ul><li>Marketing Program Tracking: Track and monitor the performance of all active marketing campaigns, including email, social media, reward programs, and digital advertising.</li><li>Data Management: Accurately perform data entry for key online performance and efficiency reports.</li><li>Lead Database Maintenance: Update and maintain the company's lead database across various online platforms, ensuring data cleanliness and accuracy.</li><li>Content Support: Assist in proofreading and editing both creative and technical content for various media, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison, collaborating with internal teams (e.g., Product and Sales) to monitor and report on the progress of marketing initiatives.</li><li>Special Projects: Support the marketing team with various administrative and project-based tasks as assigned.</li></ul>What You'll Bring<ul><li>Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing-related or administrative support role.</li><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business administration, or a related field.</li><li>Tech-Savviness: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.</li><li>Bonus Skills: Knowledge of marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or various CRM systems, is a plus.</li><li>Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong prioritization skills, and proven project management and organizational abilities.</li></ul>Our Culture &amp; Work EnvironmentWe maintain a professional corporate environment and expect business attire in the office.
