 About the Role
 
 
 
 
 
 We are looking for a skilled and hardworking&nbsp;
 
 Refrigeration Technician
 
 &nbsp;to manage and maintain all refrigeration systems within our cold storage facility. This role requires someone experienced, responsible, and capable of handling a wide variety of technical tasks.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Operate, monitor, and maintain all cold storage refrigeration systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform preventive maintenance, routine service checks, and system inspections.
 </li>
 <li>
 Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain compressors, condensers, evaporators, valves, motors, and piping systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor temperature and humidity levels to ensure optimal storage conditions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot breakdowns and perform emergency repairs when required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate service reports, logs, and maintenance records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure safe handling of refrigerants and follow all safety and compliance procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support overall facility operations by ensuring continuous and efficient refrigeration performance.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience as a Refrigeration Technician or HVAC/R Technician (cold storage or industrial experience preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, mechanical components, and electrical systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with Freon-based systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to independently diagnose problems and perform repairs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to read technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Certification in refrigeration or HVAC.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to respond to urgent maintenance needs when required.
 </li>
