Refrigeration Technician

Location:  Lahore

Employment Type:  Full-Time

We are looking for a skilled and hardworking  Refrigeration Technician  to manage and maintain all refrigeration systems within our cold storage facility. This role requires someone experienced, responsible, and capable of handling a wide variety of technical tasks.

• Operate, monitor, and maintain all cold storage refrigeration systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, routine service checks, and system inspections.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues.
• Maintain compressors, condensers, evaporators, valves, motors, and piping systems.
• Monitor temperature and humidity levels to ensure optimal storage conditions.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns and perform emergency repairs when required.
• Maintain accurate service reports, logs, and maintenance records.
• Ensure safe handling of refrigerants and follow all safety and compliance procedures.
• Support overall facility operations by ensuring continuous and efficient refrigeration performance.

• Proven experience as a Refrigeration Technician or HVAC/R Technician (cold storage or industrial experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, mechanical components, and electrical systems.
• Hands-on experience with Freon-based systems.
• Ability to independently diagnose problems and perform repairs.
• Ability to read technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
• Certification in refrigeration or HVAC.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to respond to urgent maintenance needs when required.
