Job DescriptionWe are seeking a creative and experiencedTikTok Videographer / Content Creator / Video Editor to join our team in Los Angeles.Job TypeFull-time / Part-time / Contract (Flexible)This role involves the full short-form content creation process&mdash;from concept development and filming to editing and post-production. The ideal candidate understands TikTok trends, has a strong sense of visual storytelling, and can create engaging content that drives watch time and interaction.Responsibilities<ul><li>Film, edit, and produce short-form video content for TikTok and other platforms</li><li>Collaborate with the team to develop content ideas and visual concepts</li><li>Translate scripts or creative briefs into engaging video content</li><li>Maintain strong pacing, rhythm, and emotional flow to maximize engagement</li><li>Optimize video content based on performance data and feedback</li><li>Support long-term content development for brand or social media accounts</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in short-form video filming and editing (TikTok or similar platforms)</li><li>Strong visual storytelling skills and sense of timing</li><li>Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, etc.)</li><li>Fluent English communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience managing personal or commercial TikTok accounts</li><li>Familiarity with Los Angeles filming locations and creator communities</li><li>On-camera experience, directing skills, or content planning experience</li><li>Understanding of short-form video trends and platform algorithms</li></ul>Work Schedule<ul><li>Flexible working hours based on project needs</li><li>Suitable for freelancers, content creators, or candidates managing multiple projects</li></ul>Salary$3,000 &ndash; $5,000 per month (Compensation based on experience, skills, and workload)How to ApplyPlease submit the following:<ul><li>Resume</li><li>Portfolio or public video links (required)</li><li>Links to personal TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube Shorts accounts (if available)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Contract, TemporaryPay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hourWork Location: In person
