We are seeking a creative and experienced

TikTok Videographer / Content Creator / Video Editor to join our team in Los Angeles.

Job Type

Full-time / Part-time / Contract (Flexible)

This role involves the full short-form content creation process—from concept development and filming to editing and post-production. The ideal candidate understands TikTok trends, has a strong sense of visual storytelling, and can create engaging content that drives watch time and interaction.

Responsibilities

• Film, edit, and produce short-form video content for TikTok and other platforms
• Collaborate with the team to develop content ideas and visual concepts
• Translate scripts or creative briefs into engaging video content
• Maintain strong pacing, rhythm, and emotional flow to maximize engagement
• Optimize video content based on performance data and feedback
• Support long-term content development for brand or social media accounts

Qualifications

• Proven experience in short-form video filming and editing (TikTok or similar platforms)
• Strong visual storytelling skills and sense of timing
• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, etc.)
• Fluent English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing personal or commercial TikTok accounts
• Familiarity with Los Angeles filming locations and creator communities
• On-camera experience, directing skills, or content planning experience
• Understanding of short-form video trends and platform algorithms

Work Schedule

• Flexible working hours based on project needs
• Suitable for freelancers, content creators, or candidates managing multiple projects

Salary

$3,000 – $5,000 per month
(Compensation based on experience, skills, and workload)
