Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our busy outpatient clinic in Palatine, IL. This role offers a mix of primary care and urgent care, providing a dynamic and rewarding clinical environment.Our clinic offers on-site labs and X-ray, allowing providers to deliver efficient, comprehensive care to patients of all ages.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide high-quality care for acute and chronic conditions</li><li>Perform physical exams, annual wellness visits, and preventive care</li><li>Diagnose and treat common urgent care conditions (URI, UTI, minor injuries, etc.)</li><li>Order and interpret labs, X-rays, and EKGs</li><li>Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans</li><li>Perform minor procedures (suturing, I&amp;D, splinting &ndash; preferred)</li><li>Educate patients on treatment and lifestyle modifications</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR</li><li>Collaborate with physicians and clinical team</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Active Illinois NP or PA license</li><li>Board certified (FNP/ANP or NCCPA)</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years experience in primary care or urgent care preferred</li><li>DEA license (or ability to obtain)</li><li>Strong clinical and diagnostic skills</li><li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting</li></ul>Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
