We are looking for a professional, organized, and well-spoken Secretary / Front Desk Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be friendly, presentable, and able to handle front-desk operations, office paperwork, and client coordination efficiently. Strong communication skills, basic administrative experience, and good computer knowledge are essential for this role.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Welcome and greet clients and visitors in a professional manner</li><li>Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean and organised reception area</li><li>Handle daily office paperwork, filing, and documentation</li><li>Prepare quotations, invoices, and official letters when required</li><li>Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally</li><li>Call leads and follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into business opportunities</li><li>Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments with clients</li><li>Maintain records of incoming and outgoing documents</li><li>Support management with general administrative tasks</li><li>Follow up with clients regarding payments and deliveries when required</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Professional appearance and friendly personality</li><li>Good computer knowledge, including MS Office and email handling</li><li>Ability to manage paperwork and office records properly</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Confidence in handling client calls and follow-ups</li></ul>Preferred Qualities:<ul><li>Previous experience in a receptionist, secretary, or front desk role</li><li>Experience in lead calling and client follow-ups is an advantage</li><li>Knowledge of preparing quotations and invoices</li><li>Ability to communicate professionally with clients and staff</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
