Secretary / Front Desk Executive

We are looking for a professional, organized, and well-spoken Secretary / Front Desk Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be friendly, presentable, and able to handle front-desk operations, office paperwork, and client coordination efficiently. Strong communication skills, basic administrative experience, and good computer knowledge are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean and organised reception area
  • Handle daily office paperwork, filing, and documentation
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and official letters when required
  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally
  • Call leads and follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into business opportunities
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments with clients
  • Maintain records of incoming and outgoing documents
  • Support management with general administrative tasks
  • Follow up with clients regarding payments and deliveries when required

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and friendly personality
  • Good computer knowledge, including MS Office and email handling
  • Ability to manage paperwork and office records properly
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Confidence in handling client calls and follow-ups

Preferred Qualities:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, secretary, or front desk role
  • Experience in lead calling and client follow-ups is an advantage
  • Knowledge of preparing quotations and invoices
  • Ability to communicate professionally with clients and staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
