Secretary cum archive clerk - must talk Tagalog

We are seeking to hire a Archive & Administrative Assistant ( FEMALE) to join our team.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficient in computer applications (MS Office and general office systems)
  • Good command of the English language (written & spoken)
  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail
  • Presentable and professional appearance
  • Fresh candidates are welcome to apply (UAE experience is not mandatory)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and maintaining company records and archives
  • Handling administrative and secretarial tasks
  • Managing documentation, filing systems, and data entry
  • Supporting daily office operations and coordination

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
