We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong computer skills, be detail-oriented, and able to handle daily administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily office administrative tasks
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Prepare and organize documents and reports
  • Maintain office files and records
  • Assist management with scheduling and coordination
  • Support general office operations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, and basic office software)
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Preferred:

  • Experience working in an office environment in the UAE
  • Strong attention to detail and professionalism
