We are looking for an experienced HR & Administration Assistant to manage recruitment, HR and office administration functions. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of recruitment experience in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).
- Maintain employee records and HR database.
- Manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
- Address employee queries and support employee relations.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Oversee office administration, supplies, and facility management.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics.
- Liaise with vendors and maintain administrative records.
- Support management with documentation and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year UAE recruitment experience (mandatory).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
- Male candidates preferred.
