We are looking for an experienced HR & Administration Assistant to manage recruitment, HR and office administration functions. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of recruitment experience in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records and HR database.
  • Manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
  • Address employee queries and support employee relations.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office administration, supplies, and facility management.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics.
  • Liaise with vendors and maintain administrative records.
  • Support management with documentation and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year UAE recruitment experience (mandatory).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
  • Male candidates preferred.
