Job Summary:
Sanzen Developers is looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
  • Handle meeting room bookings and visitor coordination
  • Maintain reception area and office presentation
  • Support administrative and coordination tasks
  • Manage incoming and outgoing courier/documents
  • Coordinate with internal departments when required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as Receptionist or Front Desk Executive
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and email communication
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Real estate experience is an advantage
  • Immediate joiners preferred
