Assistant Admin cum Marketing Executive

Rolla Academy is a SPEA-approved educational institution in Sharjah, serving the UAE and GCC for over three decades. We provide comprehensive educational solutions, from school tuition (Grades 7–12, CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE/IB) to professional certifications in IT, Accounting, and Languages.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a versatile Assistant Admin cum Marketing Executive. This role is the perfect blend of front-office excellence and creative outreach, designed for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and has a knack for engaging an audience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administration & Front Office

  • Manage front-desk operations: handle calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-ins with a professional demeanor.
  • Lead Conversion: Actively follow up with leads to convert inquiries into enrollments by explaining our course value propositions.
  • Maintain accurate student records, manage onboarding, and coordinate trial sessions.
  • Prepare weekly reports on inquiry status and enrollment trends.

2. Marketing & Digital Growth

  • Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging posts, stories, and updates for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Campaign Support: Help execute local marketing initiatives and email/WhatsApp newsletters to our student database.
  • Market Research: Keep an eye on local educational trends to suggest new course ideas or promotional offers.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing free workshops, webinars, and open-day events to drive brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in an administrative or customer-facing role. Experience in digital marketing or social media management is a significant plus.
  • Communication: Fluent in English. Ability to speak Hindi or Arabic is highly preferred.
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace. Familiarity with basic design tools (like Canva) or social media scheduling is a major advantage.
  • Traits: A "people person" who is persuasive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
