Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Security Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our organization&rsquo;s security operations. This role is responsible for managing security personnel, implementing safety protocols, mitigating risks, and ensuring a secure environment for employees, clients, and assets.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and manage day-to-day security operations across facilities or sites</li><li>Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans</li><li>Supervise and train security staff, including guards and supervisors</li><li>Conduct risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities</li><li>Coordinate incident response, investigations, and reporting</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and security standards</li><li>Manage security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems</li><li>Liaise with law enforcement and external security agencies when necessary</li><li>Monitor and analyze security reports, trends, and performance metrics</li><li>Oversee vendor management for security services and equipment</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)</li><li>At least 5+ years of experience in security operations or related roles</li><li>Proven leadership experience managing security teams</li><li>Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and incident handling</li><li>Experience with security technologies (CCTV, access control, surveillance systems)</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills</li><li>Strong communication and leadership abilities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR38,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
