Security Operations Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Security Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our organization’s security operations. This role is responsible for managing security personnel, implementing safety protocols, mitigating risks, and ensuring a secure environment for employees, clients, and assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day security operations across facilities or sites
  • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans
  • Supervise and train security staff, including guards and supervisors
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities
  • Coordinate incident response, investigations, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and security standards
  • Manage security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
  • Liaise with law enforcement and external security agencies when necessary
  • Monitor and analyze security reports, trends, and performance metrics
  • Oversee vendor management for security services and equipment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • At least 5+ years of experience in security operations or related roles
  • Proven leadership experience managing security teams
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and incident handling
  • Experience with security technologies (CCTV, access control, surveillance systems)
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR38,000.00 per month
