Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Security Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our organization’s security operations. This role is responsible for managing security personnel, implementing safety protocols, mitigating risks, and ensuring a secure environment for employees, clients, and assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day security operations across facilities or sites
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans
- Supervise and train security staff, including guards and supervisors
- Conduct risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities
- Coordinate incident response, investigations, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and security standards
- Manage security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
- Liaise with law enforcement and external security agencies when necessary
- Monitor and analyze security reports, trends, and performance metrics
- Oversee vendor management for security services and equipment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- At least 5+ years of experience in security operations or related roles
- Proven leadership experience managing security teams
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and incident handling
- Experience with security technologies (CCTV, access control, surveillance systems)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
