We are seeking an experienced Head of Cybersecurity to lead our security strategy and ensure resilience against evolving cyber threats.

Role Overview

The Head of Cybersecurity will be responsible for developing and implementing cybersecurity policies, overseeing risk management, and leading a team to protect IMI Equipment LLC’s digital assets. This role requires strategic vision, technical expertise, and strong leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s cybersecurity strategy.
• Lead the cybersecurity team in monitoring, detecting, and responding to threats.
• Oversee risk assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regional regulations.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to integrate security into operations.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new security technologies.
• Provide training and awareness programs for staff.
• Report regularly to senior management on cybersecurity posture and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of network security, cloud security, and data protection.
• Experience with SIEM tools, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Proven track record in incident response and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Pay: Up to QAR55,000.00 per month
