Cybersecurity Sales Manager

Position: Sales Manager


Location: Doha, Qatar


Our client is a value-added IT distributor (VAD) that supplies Cybersecurity Solutions across the Middle East (GCC region).


Job Purpose

Drive revenue growth by selling cybersecurity solutions and services to enterprise and mid-market clients. Build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and position the company as a trusted security partner.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in cybersecurity solutions (e.g., network security, endpoint security, cloud security, SOC services).
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closure.
  • Build and maintain relationships with CIOs, CISOs, IT Heads, and key decision-makers.
  • Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design customized security solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Develop account plans and strategies for key clients.
  • Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, threats, and competitor offerings.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, events, and industry forums.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in CRM tools.


Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3+ years in cybersecurity or IT security sales.
