Senior Sales Account Manager

We are looking for a Senior Sales Account Manager (IT) to drive sales growth and manage key client accounts across Cloud, Cybersecurity, and IT solutions.


Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and growing key accounts within the IT sector, driving revenue through selling technology solutions (such as cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure), while achieving sales targets and building long-term strategic client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow key accounts to maximize revenue.

• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.

• Identify new opportunities in Cloud, Cybersecurity, and IT solutions.

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals with technical teams.

• Lead negotiations and close deals.

• Build relationships with C-level stakeholders.

• Coordinate with delivery and operations teams for successful implementation.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and drive upselling/cross-selling opportunities.

• Utilize CRM systems to track opportunities and reporting.


Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• 5–8 years of experience in IT, preferably in Solutions Sales, Cloud, or Cybersecurity.

• Strong knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions.

• Experience in preparing RFPs and proposals.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

• Fluent in English.
