ICU Bar and Grill is adding to their staff! We are looking for someone with weekday (AM) availability and weekends. (both AM &amp; PM a plus!) If you are responsible and reliable, with customer service skills we would love to talk with you about joining our team. While it is not a requirement, we would like applicants to have some bartending or waitstaff experience, but we would be willing to train the right person. If you have ever thought about working in a fun atmosphere, meeting new friends and also making a great wage along the way, this job is for you!Pay: $10.00 hourly plus tips. Average $20-35.00 an hour with tips included. Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons</li><li>Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks</li><li>Assess customers&rsquo; needs and preferences and make recommendations</li><li>Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails</li><li>Check customers&rsquo; identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age</li><li>Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies</li><li>Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience</li><li>Comply with all food and beverage regulations</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Resume and proven working experience as a bartender</li><li>Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks</li><li>Experience on POS register a plus</li><li>Positive attitude and excellent communication skills</li><li>Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean</li><li>Ability to obtain a bartending license</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $10.00 - $35.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Bartending and/or Serving: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Preferred)</li><li>Night Shift (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
