Bartender/Server (Part Time -Weekdays (AM) & Weekends REQUIRED)

ICU Bar and Grill is adding to their staff! We are looking for someone with weekday (AM) availability and weekends. (both AM & PM a plus!) If you are responsible and reliable, with customer service skills we would love to talk with you about joining our team. While it is not a requirement, we would like applicants to have some bartending or waitstaff experience, but we would be willing to train the right person. Pay: $10.00 hourly plus tips. Average $20-35.00 an hour with tips included.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Skills

• Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Experience on POS register a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Ability to obtain a bartending license
