This role ensures a smooth booking process by accurately managing hotel reservations and coordinating with clients to meet their specific needs.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Process Reservations: Manage customer bookings through phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring timely and accurate entry into the reservation system.</li><li>Booking Management: Maintain and update reservation records, modifying bookings as necessary while keeping all data current and precise.</li><li>Availability Updates: Monitor room availability and service capacity; provide suitable alternatives during peak periods or when overbooked.</li><li>Special Requests: Handle customer-specific requests such as room types, bed configurations, or other personalized services.</li><li>Customer Support &amp; Problem Resolution: Address and resolve booking issues, complaints, or last-minute changes with professionalism and efficiency.</li></ul>Skills and Qualifications<ul><li>Experience: 2&ndash;3 years of proven experience working in a Destination Management Company (DMC) or a related travel industry role.</li><li>Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a professional and customer-focused approach.</li><li>Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate and efficient reservation handling and data management.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Hotel Representative fluent in English and Russian speaking, to join our team. This includes organizing tours, offering guidance on local attractions, and ensuring a smooth travel experience tailored to guests&rsquo; language and cultural needs.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide travel and tourism information to hotel guests about excursions and tours.</li><li>Recommend and book local tours, sightseeing packages, and dining reservations.</li><li>Ensure all guest requests and itineraries are handled efficiently and accurately.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, events, and travel regulations.</li><li>Coordinate group bookings, excursions, and VIP services as required.</li><li>Provide clear and engaging presentations about local culture, landmarks, and activities.</li><li>Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Fluency in English and Russian (spoken and written)</li><li>Previous experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality is preferred</li><li>Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Knowledge of travel booking tools and hotel software systems</li><li>Familiarity with local culture, geography, and transportation</li><li>Ability to multitask and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
