Sales Officer (Luxury Furniture & Lighting)

Location: Dubai Hills Mall

DécoRoom is opening a new branch at Dubai Hills Mall and is inviting experienced Sales Officers to join our team, with a background in premium interior retail.

We are not simply looking for a salesperson, but for a true brand representative — someone with a strong sense of aesthetics, tact, and refined service, who knows how to listen to clients and build long-term relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales (preferably home decor, furniture, lighting, or luxury interiors)

• Well-groomed appearance and confident, tactful communication with high-level clients

• Preffered languages: English and Russian (additional languages are a plus)

• Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and discipline

• Ability to guide clients from first contact through to closing the sale

• Experience working with designers and project clients (project sales is a plus)

• Ability to maintain service standards and represent the brand with dignity

• Accurate order processing and documentation (Zoho Accounting experience is a plus)

• Experience working with CRM systems

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining high service standards

• Consult clients on furniture, lighting, and interior solutions

• Manage the full sales cycle: orders, documentation, CRM

• Communicate with designers, contractors, and project clients

• Maintain visual standards and showroom presentation
