This is not just a support role you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and securing the backbone of our technology operations. You will work with cloud platforms, automation frameworks, and enterprise grade systems from day one.Ownership and Impact You will have full ownership of infrastructure decisions and a direct impact on system performance, uptime, and security.Growth We support continuous learning through certifications, training programs, and exposure to advanced technologies in cloud and infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure Management Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systemsCloud Operations Manage and optimize cloud environments such as AWS or Azure ensuring high availability and scalabilitySystem Reliability Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure maximum uptime across all platformsSecurity and Compliance Implement security best practices, manage access controls, and ensure systems meet compliance standardsAutomation and Optimization Develop automation scripts and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual operationsCollaboration Work closely with DevOps, engineering, and product teams to support deployment and system improvementsWhat We Are Looking ForExperience 5 to 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering or system administrationTechnical Skills Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure Experience with virtualization, networking, and server management Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools and scriptingSystems Knowledge Experience managing Linux and Windows environments Understanding of network security, firewalls, and monitoring toolsProblem Solving Ability to diagnose complex infrastructure issues and implement effective solutionsMindset You are proactive, detail oriented, and focused on building reliable and scalable systemsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: RO2,500.000 - RO3,000.000 per monthWork Location: In person
