We are looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer who can take ownership of our core systems and cloud environments. This is not just a support role you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and securing the backbone of our technology operations. You will work closely with engineering, security, and leadership teams to ensure our infrastructure is reliable, efficient, and future ready.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management
Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems

Cloud Operations
Manage and optimize cloud environments such as AWS or Azure ensuring high availability and scalability

System Reliability
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure maximum uptime across all platforms

Security and Compliance
Implement security best practices, manage access controls, and ensure systems meet compliance standards

Automation and Optimization
Develop automation scripts and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual operations

Collaboration
Work closely with DevOps, engineering, and product teams to support deployment and system improvements

What We Are Looking For

Experience
5 to 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering or system administration

Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Experience with virtualization, networking, and server management
Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools and scripting

Systems Knowledge
Experience managing Linux and Windows environments
Understanding of network security, firewalls, and monitoring tools

Problem Solving
Ability to diagnose complex infrastructure issues and implement effective solutions

Mindset
You are proactive, detail oriented, and focused on building reliable and scalable systems

Pay: RO2,500.000 - RO3,000.000 per month
