We are looking for a Senior Automation Specialist who can take ownership of our automation infrastructure. You aren’t just connecting tools; you are designing systems that drive efficiency and reliability.

You will work closely with internal teams and global clients, bridging the gap between complex workflows and seamless automation. You are the problem-solver in a room full of operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Ownership:
Design, build, and maintain scalable automation workflows across multiple platforms.

End-to-End Implementation:
Analyze business needs, map processes, and implement automation solutions from concept to deployment.

System Optimization:
Continuously monitor and improve workflows to ensure performance, reliability, and efficiency.

Integration Management:
Connect CRMs, email platforms, databases, and third-party tools using APIs and webhooks.

Documentation & Standards:
Create clear documentation and maintain best practices for all automation processes.

Collaboration:
Work with internal teams and stakeholders to translate operational needs into automated solutions.

What We Are Looking For

Experience:
3–6+ years in automation, workflow optimization, or related roles.

Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar platforms. Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations.

Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex workflows.

Communication:
Ability to clearly explain automation logic and workflows to non-technical stakeholders.

Adaptability:
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements.

Mindset:
You are practical and results-driven. You know when to build robust systems and when to prioritize speed and efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RO30,000.000 - RO35,000.000 per year
