We are expanding our units and looking for a talented and multi-tasking person as purchase engineer to handle procurement process, negotiation with suppliers and contractor, looking after delivery schedule, Inventory and also able to look out for shop store.&#9632; Skills &amp; Education:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related fields.</li><li>MS Office, Excel</li></ul>&middot; Candidates must have 2 to 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management in engineering/manufacturing industries (Fasteners, Fabrication, Machinery Components)&middot; Should be able to adapt at fostering relationships, streamlining processes, and driving cost efficiencies.&middot; A strong understanding of vendor management, industry-specific materials, and cost control is essential.&middot; Solid negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.&middot; Fluency in English, Hindi, Marathi languages.&middot; Excellent in email communication&#9632; Responsibilities:&middot; Develop purchasing or sourcing strategies based on customer order.&middot; Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule so as to ensure on time deliveries of final product.&middot; Manage Suppliers performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness.&middot; Negotiate pricing with vendors.&middot; Cost control and budgeting&middot; Sales order generation&middot; Quotation preparation&middot; To make sure documents are in the requirement format and according to company norms&middot; Responsible for Bill of Material (BOM) preparation coordination with quality and purchase department&middot; Develop and maintain relationships with approved vendors and contractors.&middot; Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms and safety standards.<ul><li>Inventory co-ordination: Minimize stock outs and overstock situations.</li><li>Work closely with stores and inventory teams to align procurement with inventory levels.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Documentation.</li></ul>&#9632; Benefits: Mediclaim PolicyTerm Life Insurance (for consistent performers)\Provident fund&#9632; Working Hours:Monday to Saturday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pmSunday Holiday&#9632; How to ApplyInterested candidates can share their CV at:hr.idealengineering@gmail.com9665190605/9359489348Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;300,000.00 - &#8377;360,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
