 We are looking for an experienced AI Business Developer with 3&ndash;4 years of proven experience in driving business growth in the tech industry. The ideal candidate must have hands-on exposure to AI-related projects and a strong understanding of staff augmentation services.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify and generate new business opportunities in AI and software development markets
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong client relationships (local &amp; international)
 </li>
 <li>
 Pitch AI-based solutions according to client needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle staff augmentation deals and resource on-boarding
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with technical teams to align client requirements
 </li>

 Requirements:

 3&ndash;4 years of experience in business development (IT/Software industry)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience working on AI-related projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of staff augmentation (must-have)
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and negotiation skills

 Ability to work independently and meet targets
 </li>
