About the role You will manage a varied caseload involving:<ul><li>Sales, purchases and leases of commercial property</li><li>Agricultural transactions including farm sales, purchases and tenancy arrangements</li><li>Rural land matters, including crofting and estates</li><li>Supporting clients with a wide range of property-related legal issues</li></ul>You'll work closely with the firms' established client base of landowners, farmers, rural businesses and commercial enterprises, delivering clear, practical advice with a personal touch.
