The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, delivering engaging lessons, and fostering students' academic and personal growth.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and Deliver Lessons: Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to the diverse learning needs of students.</li><li>Classroom Management: Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order among students.</li><li>Assessment and Evaluation: Create, administer, and grade assignments, tests, and projects to evaluate students&rsquo; progress.</li><li>Individualized Support: Provide one-on-one assistance to students who need extra help and support.</li><li>Parent Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their child&rsquo;s progress and any concerns.</li><li>Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.</li><li>Collaborative Work: Work with other teachers, staff, and administration to create a cohesive and supportive educational environment.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Education or a related field. A teaching certification is preferred.</li><li>Experience: Previous teaching experience is an advantage but not mandatory.</li><li>Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
