Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, delivering engaging lessons, and fostering students' academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and Deliver Lessons: Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
• Classroom Management: Establish and enforce rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order among students.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Create, administer, and grade assignments, tests, and projects to evaluate students’ progress.
• Individualized Support: Provide one-on-one assistance to students who need extra help and support.
• Parent Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns.
• Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.
• Collaborative Work: Work with other teachers, staff, and administration to create a cohesive and supportive educational environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. A teaching certification is preferred.
• Experience: Previous teaching experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with the curriculum and educational standards relevant to the grade level and subject area.
