Join the IFAS Publications family and unlock your full potential!Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.</li><li>Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.</li><li>Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels.</li><li>Conduct initial telephonic and video screenings to assess candidates&rsquo; suitability.</li><li>Coordinate interview schedules with department heads and maintain follow-up communication.</li><li>Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.</li><li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements.</li><li>Support HR team in additional administrative and documentation tasks as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).</li><li>0&ndash;1 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or HR operations.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Knowledge of job portals and basic HR processes.</li></ul>Additional Information <ul><li>Salary: Fixed (depends on interview feedback)</li><li>Job Type: Full-time</li><li>Working Days: Monday to Saturday</li><li>Working Time: 10:00 AM &ndash; 7:00 PM</li><li>Job Location: Someshwarwadi, Pashan Road, Pune</li><li>Website: www.ifasonline.com</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
