Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels.
• Conduct initial telephonic and video screenings to assess candidates’ suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules with department heads and maintain follow-up communication.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements.
• Support HR team in additional administrative and documentation tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
• 0–1 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or HR operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of job portals and basic HR processes.

• Salary: Fixed (depends on interview feedback)
• Job Type: Full-time
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Working Time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
