 In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

 Engage with customers and potential customers to learn about their business, the products they make and the initiatives they have for Improvement.

 Implement a sales process that clearly defines the customers' challenge and their concept for a solution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Increase market share, sales and active buying customer base.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adapt at determining the decision-making process and key stakeholders involved in a sale.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct visits to potential and existing customers; create visit reports and opportunities in CRM Tool on weekly basis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage technical product and application knowledge to provide high quality solutions to automation challenges.
 </li>
 <li>
 Effectively communicate with customers using digital media such as web conferences, Linkedln and phone calls.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct in-person meetings on large projects to evaluate machines, solve applications or present solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work in a team selling environment to leverage expertise across the sales team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Energetically approaches new business and prospecting to develop future growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain a sales funnel With enough opportunities In all stages to exceed the annual sales growth target.
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously learn automation industry trends and solutions that relate to those trends.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Protect the confidentiality of company employees personal data.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 For This Role, You Will Need:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1-3 years of related technical sales experience preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 University degree in Engineering (Electric/Electronics or Mechatronic, Mechanical) is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong mechanical attitude; industrial automation experience preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, presentation and sales Skills to provide customers with the value-added support.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attention to detail; ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-disciplined with a high sense of urgency to be a collaborative business partner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work with various teams as well as independently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Medium English level (B1).
 </li>
 <li>
 Active driver (B class licence).
 </li>
 <li>
 For male candidates Military service completed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Residency in Bursa.
 </li>
