Sales Engineer

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:


  • Engage with customers and potential customers to learn about their business, the products they make and the initiatives they have for Improvement.
  • Implement a sales process that clearly defines the customers' challenge and their concept for a solution.
  • Increase market share, sales and active buying customer base.
  • Adapt at determining the decision-making process and key stakeholders involved in a sale.
  • Conduct visits to potential and existing customers; create visit reports and opportunities in CRM Tool on weekly basis.
  • Leverage technical product and application knowledge to provide high quality solutions to automation challenges.
  • Effectively communicate with customers using digital media such as web conferences, Linkedln and phone calls.
  • Conduct in-person meetings on large projects to evaluate machines, solve applications or present solutions.
  • Work in a team selling environment to leverage expertise across the sales team.
  • Energetically approaches new business and prospecting to develop future growth.
  • Develop and maintain a sales funnel With enough opportunities In all stages to exceed the annual sales growth target.
  • Continuously learn automation industry trends and solutions that relate to those trends.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks.
  • Protect the confidentiality of company employees personal data.


For This Role, You Will Need:


  • 1-3 years of related technical sales experience preferred.
  • University degree in Engineering (Electric/Electronics or Mechatronic, Mechanical) is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical attitude; industrial automation experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and sales Skills to provide customers with the value-added support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail; ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-disciplined with a high sense of urgency to be a collaborative business partner.
  • Ability to work with various teams as well as independently.
  • Medium English level (B1).
  • Active driver (B class licence).
  • For male candidates Military service completed.
  • Residency in Bursa.
