Account Manager

Join Ecolab’s sales team as a Account Manager This outside sales opportunity is within our industry leading Food and Beverage division. We are increasing food safety and product quality, enhancing sustainability and boosting operational efficiency. We provide cleaning and sanitation solutions to food, beverage, and dairy manufacturing environments through a dual focus on sales and technical service/consultation to new and existing customers. As strong business partners, Ecolab works with customers to develop sanitation plans and programs, evaluate processes and procedures, troubleshoot technical issues and identify and implement operational efficiencies.


Location: Bolu, Sakarya, Düzce


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth, revenue, and profitability within assigned food and beverages accounts.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with regional and company priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Apply a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and deliver value-added solutions.
  • Provide technical support and system optimization recommendations to customers.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to ensure effective execution and service quality.
  • Manage customer escalations, commercial risks, and account-related issues effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and safety requirements.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technical sales or field-based sales, preferably within the food and beverages.
  • Strong ability to manage a customer portfolio and execute sales plans independently.
  • Demonstrated capability to translate customer needs into commercial and technical solutions.
  • Analytical, structured, and disciplined approach to problem solving.
  • Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers at all levels.
  • A valid driver's license and active driving experience (required for frequent customer visits).
