Senior Account Executive - Trade Credit

We are looking for a Senior Customer Representative for the Trade Credit team.

  • This role is a hybrid with the flexibility to work from home and your aligned office in İstanbul.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

  • Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics
  • Minimum 8 years of Non-Life Insurance experience
  • Ability to understand corporate customers’ expectations
  • Consistently seeks chances to define improvements in terms of coverage or service
  • Independent, analytical, and proactive
  • Understanding of complex and global office structure
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal

What The Day Will Look Like

  • Handling the daily communication and coordination for our portfolio of current services we provide to the Client,
  • Leading team and ensuring we deliver best of Aon to the team as well as the clients
  • Implementing and leading our current services; taking care of all resulting issues including advice, claims administration and operations monitoring,
  • Maintaining the coordination in between the Client and the Insurance Companies,
  • Crafting business opportunities, acquiring and running relations,
  • Execution of sales and marketing activities of new services.
