What awaits you in this role?


We are looking for a passionate Senior Lead – IT Corporate Sales Solutions who will join our team at Information Technologies Directorate.


  • Be responsible for business analysis, process design, system configuration, testing, and supporting in Sales related topics,
  • Determine customers' needs and desires and translate business requirements into user stories with various business analysis techniques,
  • Search and implement innovative and best-fit solutions with appropriate methodologies to meet and exceed expectations,
  • Lead IT Projects and internal and external project resources in area-specific or cross-functional projects,
  • Ensure appropriate use of IT project management tools, governance, processes, policies, and methodologies,
  • Work closely with multinational sales, supply chain, production, and purchasing business teams as a member of our IT organization.
  • Manage the relationship with stakeholders, vendors, and providers within the integration process.
  • Explore and suggest new business models by tracking new trends in the digital world.

The position is located in İstanbul, Sütlüce.


How do we describe the perfect match?

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering or other related fields,
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience, both in process and systems design, configuration and execution of Sales & Distribution processes and related systems,
  • Having strong knowledge of Sales & Dİstribution processes and deep knowledge of sales concepts and dynamics such as Pre-sales processes, Order management and promising, Pricing, Shipping, Billing, Rebates and Credit management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex processes to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
  • Having strong knowledge of SAP tools (ERP) and modules (SD, MM),
  • Experience with Atlassian Tools Suite (Jira, Confluence), Microsoft Office Programs, and other leading tools in the area is a plus.
  • Having experience in large organizations with multisite sales and supply chain environments is a plus,
  • Having competency in business analysis techniques,
  • Certification in the above-mentioned topics is a plus.
  • Minimum 1 full-cycle IT project lead experience, preferably in managing large-scale and/or international projects,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Following and adapting to the market trends and new technologies,
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach,
  • Outside-the-box thinking ability,
  • Open to innovation culture,
  • Flexible and open to new perspectives,
  • A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
  • Knowing what empathy really means,
