Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP SAP Supervisor to lead and optimize SAP ERP operations across our Turkey organization. This role will ensure system reliability, process efficiency, and alignment with global standards while supporting business growth and digital transformation initiatives.

The ERP SAP Supervisor will oversee daily system operations, support key business functions (Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales), manage local enhancements, and act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and global IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Operations & Support

• Ensure stable and efficient operation of SAP ERP systems (primarly FI/CO, MM, SD, and related modules).
• Supervise system support, incident resolution, and service quality.
• Manage user access, roles, and authorization governance.

Business Process Optimization

• Analyze business processes and recommend SAP-driven improvements.
• Support end-to-end process efficiency across Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Sales.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation opportunities.

Project & Change Management

• Lead local SAP projects, enhancements, and rollouts in coordination with global IT.
• Support system upgrades, testing cycles, and change deployments.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with global IT standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as key interface between business users, regional leadership, and global IT teams.
• Provide guidance and training to key users and business stakeholders.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and data integrity.

Team & Vendor Coordination

• Supervise external vendors and service providers.
• Ensure SLA compliance and quality of outsourced support services.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of SAP ERP experience, including support and process optimization.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD); additional modules are a plus.
• Experience supervising ERP support operations or leading SAP projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in multinational or matrix organizations preferred.
• Fluency in Turkish and English.
