Location: Remote, Homebased. Ankara. Travel throughout Turkey will be required.

Contract Offered: Full-time, Consultant.

Working Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday from 08.40 to 17.20.



What does the Consultant Sales Executive role involve?

This role is responsible for sales and promotion of Randox Toxicology products throughout a wide range of industries. The successful candidate will identify new direct selling opportunities as well as source new distributor partners. In addition, the successful applicant will:
  • To increase sales of the Randox Toxicology product portfolio across a designated territory.
  • The management and support of distributor partners in their designated territory and product group.
  • The sourcing, assessment and establishment of new distributorships.
  • The sales promotion of designated Randox products and services.
  • The development and maintenance of a high degree of product knowledge including key selling messages to be in a position to identify and take advantage of business opportunities.
  • The conducting of regular business trips to visit and support their network of distributors and to identify and develop new potential business opportunities.
  • The conducting of in-depth territorial sales analysis and individual distributorship sales performance.
  • Establish and maintain detailed market knowledge including laboratory end-users, and competitors in their designated territories.
  • The attendance at trade shows and conferences.
  • The daily use of the Randox CRM system to plan business trips and to capture customer and market information.
  • The conducting of sales and training presentations on Toxicology and Clinical Toxicology products
  • The training of distributors and end-users on Randox Toxicology products.
Full on the job training will be provided on our processes.

This role would suit someone with previous sales experience, or someone who is currently working in a Toxicology environment with a strong desire to join a growing sales team, who possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills along with fluency in the English language, both written and verbal.

Essential criteria:
  • Qualified to at least a degree level in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Life Science or a Business-related discipline.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Possess a full driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Willing to travel throughout Turkey to visit customers.
Desirable:
  • Proven track record on Sales within a science sector
  • Experience working with distributors
