What You’ll Do

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to introduce our services to decision-makers
  • Identify key influencers within target accounts and generate a qualified pipeline for Account Executives
  • Build and manage outreach cadences and sequences using best practices
  • Maintain clean, accurate records in CRM systems
  • Collaborate closely with AEs to hand off qualified leads and accelerate deal cycles
  • Create urgency and clearly communicate value to prospective customers
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets

What We’re Looking For

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, business development
  • Based in Lahore or willing to relocate for an onsite role
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Driven, curious, and career-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working US hours (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT)
