Cold Calling-ERP Support

Job Description
We are seeking a confident and results-driven Cold Calling Agent with experience in outbound calling and a basic understanding of ERP systems. In this role, you will connect with potential and existing clients, introduce services, handle inquiries, and provide initial assistance related to ERP features. You will play an important role in building client relationships, generating interest, and ensuring a professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential and existing clients in a professional manner
  • Introduce products and services clearly and effectively
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Offer first-level assistance for basic ERP-related questions
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and outcomes
  • Coordinate with internal teams for technical or complex concerns
  • Follow up with prospects and clients to maintain engagement

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling, telesales, or call center roles
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems and business processes
  • Ability to remain professional, confident, and composed during calls
  • Familiarity with CRM or calling tools and basic computer skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
