We are seeking a proactive Lead Generation Executive with experience in ERP solutions to identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients. This role plays a key part in driving business growth by engaging prospects, understanding their business needs, and supporting the sales pipeline for ERP-related products and services.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, online platforms, and social channels.</li><li>Engage with prospects to understand their business requirements and ERP-related needs.</li><li>Provide accurate information about ERP products, solutions, and services.</li><li>Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.</li><li>Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.</li><li>Coordinate with sales, ERP consultants, and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover.</li><li>Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move leads through the sales funnel.</li><li>Track lead generation activities and prepare basic reports.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales support.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Basic understanding of ERP systems and business processes.</li><li>Ability to handle objections and communicate professionally.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM tools, ERP platforms, and basic computer applications.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
