System Analyst

Position: System Analyst

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented System Analyst to analyze business requirements, design effective system solutions, and improve organizational processes. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements.
• Gather, document, and manage functional and technical requirements.
• Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), process flows, use cases, and user interface mockups.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical requirements for development teams.
• Work closely with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Participate in testing, verification, and validation activities to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide training to end users on new system functionalities.
• Track project issues, coordinate resolutions, and ensure smooth implementation.
• Support projects from initial planning through deployment and post-implementation support.
• Contribute to front-end design decisions and ensure a user-friendly experience by applying Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) principles.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or a similar role.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with BRD, SRS, process flows, use cases, and UAT.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with development and QA teams in a collaborative environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
