Position: System Analyst
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented System Analyst to analyze business requirements, design effective system solutions, and improve organizational processes. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements.
- Gather, document, and manage functional and technical requirements.
- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), process flows, use cases, and user interface mockups.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical requirements for development teams.
- Work closely with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Participate in testing, verification, and validation activities to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide training to end users on new system functionalities.
- Track project issues, coordinate resolutions, and ensure smooth implementation.
- Support projects from initial planning through deployment and post-implementation support.
- Contribute to front-end design decisions and ensure a user-friendly experience by applying Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) principles.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or a similar role.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Hands-on experience with BRD, SRS, process flows, use cases, and UAT.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with development and QA teams in a collaborative environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
