Senior Business Systems Analyst

H2O Labs is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, driving process improvements, and implementing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.

This position requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, documentation expertise, and hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
• Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including case management, SLAs, routing rules, queues, and Business Process Flows.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and process-mapping sessions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Support program planning, resource management, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), integration testing, and data validation.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management and clients.
• Collaborate with developers, solution architects, and business teams within Agile environments.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and demos.
• Identify business challenges and recommend technology-driven solutions.

RequirementsEducation

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, MIS, or a related field.

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, or Program Analysis.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps).
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications.
• Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of process automation and workflow optimization.
• Experience with reporting and dashboard development.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
