Job DescriptionH2O Labs is seeking a highly skilled AI/ML &amp; Data Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, AI/ML, data engineering, SQL, Azure cloud services, and Power BI, with experience deploying models into production.Roles &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>General Introduction &amp; Experience</li><li>Introduce yourself and highlight relevant AI/ML and data engineering experience.</li><li>Python &amp; AI/ML (Core Requirement)</li><li>Proficient in Python and ML/AI libraries: Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.</li><li>Experience building NLP models using libraries/APIs such as OpenAI, Hugging Face.</li><li>Design, develop, and evaluate ML models; provide examples of recent projects, challenges, and outcomes.</li><li>Experience in fine-tuning and deploying LLMs.</li><li>SQL &amp; Data Engineering</li><li>Write complex SQL queries: DDL, DML, joins, CTEs, window functions.</li><li>Optimize SQL queries for performance improvements.</li><li>Build and maintain ETL pipelines using relevant tools/frameworks.</li><li>Azure Cloud (Mandatory Requirement)</li><li>Hands-on experience with Azure services: Azure Data Lake, Azure ML, Databricks, Functions, etc.</li><li>Deploy ML models on Azure ML; explain the deployment process.</li><li>Familiarity with Azure Data Lake storage formats like Parquet, Delta.</li><li>Power BI</li><li>Create dashboards to deliver actionable insights.</li><li>Comfortable writing DAX measures and creating interactive visuals.</li><li>Architecture &amp; System Thinking</li><li>Design system/data architecture diagrams using Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart, or similar tools.</li><li>Build end-to-end AI/ML pipelines: from data ingestion to model deployment.</li><li>Production Deployment</li><li>Deploy models from Jupyter Notebook to production using CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools.</li><li>Monitor and maintain model performance post-deployment.</li><li>Preferred / Bonus Skills</li><li>Experience with R programming language.</li><li>Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM.</li><li>Knowledge of AI agent services, Hugging Face, or LLM-based applications.</li><li>Experience in government or enterprise-level projects.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
