We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, JavaScript, and .NET development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining CRM solutions to improve business processes and enhance user experience.

The candidate should have strong experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), CRM customization, JavaScript development, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and system integrations. This role requires someone who can understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver scalable CRM applications.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business rules, and business process flows. The candidate will develop JavaScript-based customizations for CRM forms, validations, and user interface enhancements.

The role also involves building applications using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate, creating automated workflows, managing Dataverse solutions, and developing integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external systems through APIs.

The candidate will work on CRM plugins and custom development using C#/.NET, perform troubleshooting, optimize system performance, and collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver effective CRM solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization and configuration.
• Experience with JavaScript development for Dynamics 365 CRM forms and client-side scripting.
• Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Client API and Web API.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse.
• Experience developing CRM plugins using C#/.NET.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with technical and business teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing modules.
• Knowledge of Azure services such as Azure Functions and Logic Apps.
• Experience with Power BI reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM solution deployment, Git, and CI/CD processes.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications will be a plus.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
